Kim Taylor – Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Kim Brown-Taylor is an amazing woman! She is full of powerful, positive energy. Her favorite color is yellow, and she has a weakness for sweets. Kim is happily married and she has three young and awesome adults  of her own- Kayla -32, Derrick-30, and Eric -30.

Eager to serve as a leader, mentor, and role model for girls who may be seeking help with learning how to be their best, Kim strives to help them reach their potential in a manner that is  fun, exciting, and motivational!

Kim has a degree in public administration and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. She trained and worked as a social services case manager for the Department of Family and Children Services and she has five years  under her belt as a supervisor for the Department of Health and Human Services Head Start program.  She is a trained facilitator of the Girls Circle Association. She also held a position as a group session facilitator for girls with the Department of Juvenile Justice in the Coastal Savannah Region.

As the founder of Afro Puffs and Ponytails, Inc. and of the Professional Leaders of Women and Girls Network, Kim has stepped up to work with girls who need leaders with a genuine desire to guide, mentor, and serve girls on their journey to adulthood.
