At the 2017 Georgia Mentoring Summit, hosted at Chick-Fil-A headquarters, leaders of mentoring and youth development organizations from across Georgia will convene to explore how we might collaborate to elevate mentoring statewide. The emerging Georgia Mentoring Partnership is guided by a working group composed of practitioners and leaders from across Georgia's mentoring and youth development, education, corporate, philanthropic, and faith-based sectors. At the convening, focus will be given to discussing Georgia's first ever statewide landscape analysis of mentoring and youth development organizations and to exploring activities organizations can undertake together to support one another and increase capacity for mentoring statewide. Convening sponsors for the 2017 Georgia Mentoring Summit include REACH Georgia, J.W. Fanning Institute at the University of Georgia, MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, and Chick-Fil-A.
