Jewels was created to enrich and empower the lives of girls as they make the transition from pre-teens to teenagers. The mission of Jewels is also to promote self-esteem, self-awareness, self worth and respect within the lives of young girls. Afro Puffs and Ponytails is constantly searching for information about clubs and organizations to provide as resources for parents and community organizers. It is our hope that each resource provided will serve to build confidence, enhance self esteem, instill leadership skills, empower, uplift and educate our African American girls. We are not recommending these programs, but offering a starting point for you to conduct your own evaluation and research about whether a program is right for your child.

I have 14 years daughter , that’s A student, but has a low self-esteem in regard to MATH. has drop from a Accelrated Math, according to the teacher because of lack of confindential, while still make A’s in class.
