Program Information

Kuntry Kidz, Inc. is a non-profit whose purpose is to provide exposure, inspiration, encouragement and educational enhancement opportunities to youth residing in rural areas, which are not otherwise, afforded the accessibility to youth programs that inner city youth have. This commitment to provide opportunity and exposure will help to instill personal integrity and excellence, emphasize positive family values, and give youth some of the much-needed tools to make them competitive and productive on a local, state and national level whether in business, the legal/medical field, education, technology or arts. It is our goal to offer programming that promotes a positive self-image, develop life skills, explore post-secondary opportunities and provide exposure to diverse career opportunities.

Afro Puffs and Ponytails is constantly searching for information about camps, clubs and organizations, and mentoring programs to provide as resources for parents and community organizers. It is our hopes that each resource provided will serve to build confidence, enhance self esteem, develop leadership skills, empower, uplift and educate our African American girls. We are not recommending these programs, but offering a starting point for you to conduct your own evaluation and research about whether a program is right for your child.
