All recommendations for High Achievers must be submitted by the parent. For girls under the age of 13, the parent must complete the parental consent form before the child can be featured on Afro Puffs and Ponytails. Information collected includes name, city, state, picture, and the parent’s primary e-mail and telephone number. Parents may request that their child’s information be deleted at any time by contacting Afro Puffs and Ponytails.
