Afro Puffs and Ponytails proudly present Tiara Smith, our most recent High Achiever! Tiara Smith, Miss Jr. Teen Maryland United States 2009 is a fifteen year old honor student at Bishop McNamara High School. She is a member of the BMHS Mission Team and mentors with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. She also became a varsity cheerleader in her freshman year.
